It’s hair is very soft and was packaged right. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the length of the hair seemed shorter then what I feel like it was actually supposed to be. Other than that I love it

love the hair. soft & true to length, only problem is the color I ordered is black but has a slight red hint & red strands.
